Two practices, one job: making data legible enough to act on. As a CDO I run data, AI and agile delivery: the governance and adoption work that turns numbers into decisions people actually make. As a data artist, I work the same material at a different speed, turning a transformation into a single image a room can read together.
Twenty years in data have taught me that the changes worth catching are the ones nobody notices while they happen: a team drifting off course, a new tool quietly failing to take hold, a country losing a generation. Both practices are ways of seeing that early enough to act. Based in Paris, inspired by Tallinn.
